G4S Security Systems Services (UK), part of Group 4 Securicor plc, announced today
that it had aquired AC Controls one of the leading international provider of security
services, had completed an acquisition of the company on 5th December 2006.

The acquisition of Berkshire-based AC Controls will enhance G4S Security Systems
Services (UK)s electronic security offering in the UK. AC Controls develops bespoke
security systems that match the specific needs of clients and is recognised as
one of the most technically accomplished of the specialist companies operating
in the sector.

Following completion of the acquisition on 5 December, G4S will begin a process
to rebrand AC Controls as a Group 4 Securicor company. This process is expected
to take up to 12 months.
