G4S Security Systems designed, installed and maintains a CCTV system in excess of 60 cameras, using
state of the art technology for controlling and recording multiple images simultaneously,
an automated access control system within the Chelsea Village complex.
Total Safety and Security Management
The system now enables security staff and police to monitor all areas of the
ground, allowing them to spot potential safety concerns as well as identify potential
trouble and banded individuals. Aside from obvious safety benefits, the system
has helped create a family friendly modern entertainment facility that has helped
establish Chelsea as a major commercial success.
Advanced Access Control and Ticketing System
The System developed and installed by G4S Security Systems also includes an access
control system using select ticketing software which allows control of access
to authorised season ticket holders at the football stadium. By implementing this
cost effective ticketing system the need for manned turnstiles, thus helping to
make a fast, efficient and user-friendly access system, self financing as well.
Barrier control, camera monitoring and revenue collection systems in the underground
car park also formed part of the total project for Chelsea FC and Chelsea Village.
